Driving differentiation in the flooded category of healthy fast casual food

Over the past couple years, healthy fast food has blown up into a crowded market. Sweetgreen is a leader in the category and it was up to us to keep them there. With the “Future of Food” campaign, we concentrated on creating compelling CRM content and a tight app experience to build brand loyalty. This ensures that when they’re in the mood for a healthy meal, sweetgreen was the first and only place they thought to go.. The campaign led to a 500% increase in new customer conversion and a 126% decrease in CPI, but most importantly it was a key component in increasing LTV.
